Here is how you would use it:
Pencil in all activities that you are currently obligated to or do,
such as when you awaken and what you do.
Example: Awake at 6 AM, make warm drink, shower, mediate

from 6 AM to 7 AM: Morning Routine.
Continue doing this for EVERYTHING you do: grocery shop, go to work, drop off
or pick up children, etc.
