other big industries regarding downloadable materials, CD's, videos, and audio
tapes.
No refunds are possible for digital content, whether it is text; including
ebooks, email courses, consulting reports, and tutorials obtained through a
download or emailed to you; software, music, or audio and video; including CD's,
audio tapes, and video tapes.
This is because digital content can be duplicated, altered, and distributed
with ease and in vast quantities on the Internet today.
This makes content vulnerable to piracy, unauthorized use, and rip-offs. Once
digital products are downloaded, emailed, or installed on your computer, it's on
your computer and cannot be returned unlike other tangible products.
It's just like the magic industry. You absolutely can not return magic
tricks, videos, props, etc. because once you know the trick you got the value.
