mothers, doctor's offices, federal and state facilities and employees,

I've REALLY worked on myself and change: getting healthier (Lost 45 lbs
- no exercise), become productive, had more free time, became more
positive, I was already organized, however I fine-tuned my spaces, and
am now living my life on purpose!

Getting Healthy and Maintaining
Your Health:
Good health
and balanced and positive energy are essential to experiencing your life
fully! I know first hand, and not just from my client's, I've
experienced this myself. January 2009 I began my health journey and now
I'm 50 lbs lighter, off my blood pressure meds, no more heart burn
and FULL of energy. I'll help you do the same when you coach with
me!

Living in
the Now: Finding time to do the
things you want to do, getting healthier, dream or play, getting
organized or designing your environment, inside and out, will require
you to take a good look at where and how you are currently spending your
time. People ask me all the time, "How do you do all the things you do?"
I tell them, "I live in the now and have "special" techniques I've used
time and time again to be able to work all my "jobs".

Changing
Your Beliefs, Thoughts, Words, and Actions:
Unconsciously we take on the beliefs of
our family, friends, teachers, leaders, and through advertisements, and television.
These are Ego-Beliefs: the beliefs we carry around to please
or the pressures put on us to appear acceptable to the
culture we are in. Once your review and become conscious of
what you truly believe, what and how your thoughts, words, and actions
impact you and those around you then you can begin to live in and come
from a much more positive and loving place.

To assist you in
experiencing life to its fullest - you've got to dream! When
you dream and learn how to manifest you are on your way to
receiving the life of your dreams. In the last three years
one technique, which I'll teach you, has manifested EVERYTHING I asked for!

Getting Organized
and Space Clearing: Holding on to things for whatever reason can become
overwhelming, expensive, depressing, and even cause dis-ease in your body and
your home. Releasing, letting go, and getting organized will feel like "a BIG
weight has been lifted off your shoulders". I've developed an easy to follow
system that will assist you in sorting through all your rooms and stuff and how
to make decisions of what to keep and what lives where. Space clearing
a room, house or office assists in releasing any negative or stuck energy in your
spaces and will purify and help create harmony in your
spaces. The atmosphere, the ambience, and the "taste" of a
place always feels more positive and energized after a space clearing - a
fabulous transformation always takes place.

Purpose: Before we add this ingredient we MUST make sure you have added the
others first. Your health, use of time and energy, your thoughts, words, actions
and attitudes, setting goals and achieving dreams, letting go, releasing, and
getting your life and spaces organized are crucial for you to move forward and
begin living your life on purpose. With the use of scientific modern feng shui
we'll design your spaces to support you in your life's goals, and on your
continuous journey through your life to live your life on purpose. This ancient
art takes into consideration of the things you place around
you in your spaces: colors you use, placement of furniture,
textures, odors and sounds that are used in your spaces and
even your art work. Feng Shui is
the "top crust" of your recipe (your life)!

Week One: Introduction
to Energy Checking and Your Bodies Energy Systems
Energy checking is based on
the concept that any stimulus added to the body, emotions, mind or
spirit is either positive or negative for health, it's "talking to
your energy body". Discover how to "energy check" your body for weaknesses
based on the foods you eat, the vitamins
you take and even what color to wear. There are eight Energy Systems
working together naturally, yet each is unique and impacts your health and energy levels
positively if managed correctly. Energy systems in your body do become blocked, stagnant and
sometimes even run
backwards. This causes emotional, mental, and physiological
diseases. Learning
to keep them all "in-tune" will assist in living a
healthier lifestyle and opening doors to a new and
healthier life. Some of these energy systems will be explained in
more detail during this program.
Week Two: Chakras
Chakras are subtle energy
centers, also known as energy stations, in our bodies that process
and distribute energy frequencies throughout our bodies. These
energy centers must be open and in balance for wholeness, joy and
health as each chakra has a specific relationship between the health
and activity of a person. The Chakras are introduced and worked on
in this session. You will learn the
names and locations of each; the balanced and
unbalanced attributes of each chakra and physical problems that are
associated when chakras are unbalanced. Meditations for each
chakra is included in this section.
Week Three: Meridians
Meridians are energy pathways
that connect hundreds of tiny reservoirs of heat, subtle energies
and electromagnetic energies that are located along the surface of
the skin and have guided Chinese acupuncturists for thousands of
years. Within the 14 meridians there are a total of 361 points, each
point corresponds or is linked to a particularly organ,
physiological system, including your immune, nervous, endocrine,
circulatory, respiratory, digestive, skeletal, muscular, and
lymphatic systems, and energy systems, dis-ease, and illness. You
will learn about each meridian, it's location, purpose and time it's
working at it's peak. Also routines using radiating energy through
your hands that help you balance your meridians will be conducted.
Learning to remove stagnant energy
and bring a fresh energy supply into your body making it healthier
is the goal in week three.
Week Four: Eden Energy
Medicine
Contemporary and ancient
practices of understanding your bodies energy systems that can be
applied in a quick five minute routine for promoting health,
healing, and happiness. You'll learn how you can optimize your
bodies health and it's capacities to heal itself using Energy
Medicine in your day to day life. Manage and eliminate stress,
anxiety, overloaded mind, tired body and more with these safe,
natural and easy to do routines to assist in balancing your energy
systems. This work is easy, powerful and life changing! Discover how
to participate more fully and become knowledgeable in your own
healing, health, and well-being, and bring flow, balance, and
renewal to your bodies energy systems.
Week Five: EFT
(Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT is a powerful new
discovery that combines two well established sciences so you can
benefit from both at the same time: Mind Body Medicine and
Acupuncture (without needles). In essence, EFT is an emotional
version of acupuncture wherein we stimulate certain meridian
(energy) points by tapping on them with our fingertips. Properly
done, this frequently reduces the therapeutic process from months or
years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can
contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find
that EFT provides astonishing physical relief. Discover how to tap
into your body’s natural healing energy systems and quickly and
easily get your energy moving, your body balanced and free from
cravings, phobias & fears, traumatic memories, addictions, physical
healing and enhance your self image.
Week Six: Reiki
Discover an alternative way
to relax, rejuvenate and heal with Reiki, an ancient art of hand
healing. Reiki healing transmits energy from the Universe through
your hands to assist in pain relief, speed up the healing process
(physical and non-physical), and calms the emotions. Reiki
Self-Healing is easy and a quick and loving way to bring your seven
major chakras (one of your bodies energy systems) into balance,
opening them up to release old "stuff", and to assist in making sure
they are running in the correct direction. Whether you have a high
energy pressured job, are healing or just want some rest or good
energy there is nothing like Reiki self-healing!
Week Seven: Diet /
Nutrition
Diet and nutrition can be
very confusing with all the information offered and different health
groups vying for your dollars. You'll get the real low down on why
juicing and raw diets don't work, sure you'll lose weight however
the health benefits are short lived! You will learn about label reading and "is it
really organic" and what does that really mean to you? At the end
I'll reveal the one and only diet that helped me lose 50 lbs. last
year. The diet, along with the energy work put my body into fast
gear, releasing the fat and creating a healthier and stronger body.
Week Eight: Essential
Oils
Therapeutic essential oils
are the "icing on the cake"! Essential oils are uplifting,
protective, calming, and regenerating; essential oils are a unique
gift from the natural world. Often referred to as “nature’s living
energy” or the very essence of a plant, essential oils are aromatic
liquids derived from shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and
seeds. Research shows that when used aromatically, applied
topically, or taken internally, essential oils can calm, energize,
balance, purify, and rejuvenate the mind and body. Calming,
stimulating, soothing, essential oils bring balance to all systems
of the body. Discover how to know which oils are the "good ones",
how to apply the oils and which one’s are safe for inhaling,
ingesting, or applying topically, which oils are best used for
cooking, first aid, and which oils will assist you with health
issues you are experiencing.
